Pilot Scale

Our multi-functional pilot plant encompasses an area of 700 m2, and includes high-temperature, high-pressure, chlorination, hydrogenation, high vacuum distillation capabilities. Reactors, both stainless and glass, range in size from are 20-L, 50-L, 300- L, 500-L to 1'000-L.

Commercial Production

Our principal manufacturing site in Jiangsu province and a secondary fine chemical manufacturing site in Jiangxi province are multi-functional plants with 1,000-L to 5,000-L reactors (SS and glass-lined). Auxiliary capabilities includes high-vacuum distillation and low-temperature processing.
