As a custom chemical service company we offer timely manufacturing
ranging from R&D to scale-up to full product commercialization
across a range of core technologies. Our manufacturing services
range from grams > kilograms > tons while our technical staff of
chemists and engineers has the broad experience base to ensure
that your development and scale-up goes smoothly and efficiently.
We can even perform custom problem solving when your need arises.
This division of our company focuses on the synthesis of new/novel
target molecules, typically for early phase evaluations. In those instances where
a synthetic route is either unavailable or impractical, our chemists
will design and develop an acceptable one.
Wilshire Technologies provides a range of scale-up and process development
services commencing at the bench top, progressing to kilo, and
culminating in pilot plant production. At each stage we apply integrated
development methods designed to achieve optimal product yield while
striving to minimize waste production, energy consumption and labor.
All facilities comply with GLP protocols and environmental regulations.
From bench through production, our facilities adhere to standard
operating procedures and analytical practices, which include reference
standard generation, analytical methods development and validation.
For production requiring cGMP compliance, we offer two cGMP suites
with kilo → pilot lab capacity.

Our approach to pricing is both flexible and cost-effective.
Where practical, syntheses and/or process design/development
is charged on a fixed-price basis. Where a fixed-fee basis
is impractical, alternative mechanisms are available, as, for
example, a minimal up-front payment coupled with a back-charge
for raw materials and concluding with the bulk of the project
cost being deferred until completed.
